Yes, all orders are sent with trackable option. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched, you can use it to track the latest shipping status of your order at our Track Order page here 

We offer tracked shipping services worldwide from Hong Kong with Hong Kong Post, UPS, SF Express and USPS, a flat rate of $15 is applicable to most major destinations, a precise flat rate will be displayed at checkout, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order is on its way to you.

Please make sure the delivery address is correct, we won't be able to make any changes after check out. All orders are sent on a delivery duties unpaid basis, recipients are responsible for duties, taxes, and any additional fee upon and after delivery.

All orders are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, we do not cover any duties, taxes or associated handling fee which may be applied to the order by the local government of the delivery destination, recipient is responsible for payment of these costs.

Delivery time is usually somewhere between 10-20 working days, depending on the destination, we ship with Hong Kong Post, UPS, SF Express and USPS. It will take 3-5 working days for us to process your orders, you will be updated by email at each stage, your order will be fully trackable here

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please read more about it at our policy page here

Each piece is unique and we have created a size chart for each of them to help you decide which size would be best for you.

It is our goal to provide a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for you. If you are not happy with what you have received, please email us at info@curatedbyfs.com with the subject titled - Return request: (your order number), we will get back to you in 2-3 working days.

If you place an order that meet the minimum spend for free shipping, and then return an item that brings the total cost of your order below the minimum spend, then the order is no longer eligible for free shipping, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

For example, you place an order from either HK/US/UK and would like to make a return:

Your order total - US$60 

Returned item - US$30

Standard shipping fee - US$5

Final refund amount - US$25

If the minimum spend has still been met you will receive a full refund, but if you fall under it the terms and condition have no longer been met.

At the moment, we're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items meeting the refund policy and terms of code will be refunded within 3-5 working days once they have been received by our team. To get a different size or colour of an item, simply place a new order.
